The Chophouse
Our standards are impossibly high, which is why we cut every steak by hand in-house before grilling it over a blend of pecan, hickory, and oak and source many of our high-quality ingredients from local vendors. Select cuts can even be dry aged by request for optimal tenderness and rich, concentrated flavor. On top of classic favorites like ribeye and filet mignon and rotating selections like bison or wagyu, you’ll also find a slew of fresh sushi prepared to order, seasonal seafood, and chef-driven offerings on our menu.
